Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This policy describes how copyright owners can report allegedly infringing content on Zenty and how users can respond where permitted by law.

Submitting a notice

Send copyright notices to copyright@zenty.space. Include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the Zenty page URL or material you believe is infringing, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury where applicable, and your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay review. We may forward the notice to the account owner or relevant providers.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake or authorized use, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement, consent to applicable jurisdiction where required, and your signature.

We may restore content when legally appropriate unless the copyright owner starts legal action within the required time period.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or use Zenty to evade copyright enforcement.
