Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Zenty (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the zenty.space website and page builder. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Information we collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication data through Supabase Auth. If you sign up with Google, we receive your Google profile information as permitted by your Google account settings.
Page content: We store the pages you create, including text, links, images, and settings you configure in the builder.
Billing information: If you upgrade to Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Uploaded media: Pro users may upload images to our Supabase storage. Files are stored in a folder tied to your account.
Reports and moderation: If someone reports a page, we collect the page URL, report reason, details, reporter contact information if provided, IP/security metadata, and our review notes.
AI features: If you use the in-builder AI assistant, your prompts and page context may be sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions.
Usage data: We use essential cookies to remember your language preference. We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, request timestamps) for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Zenty service, authenticate you, save and publish your pages, process subscriptions, respond to support and abuse reports, moderate harmful content, enforce our Terms, and protect against fraud or security incidents.
Published pages you choose to make public are visible to anyone with the link or subdomain.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for billing; and optionally Groq for the in-builder AI assistant. These providers process data as subprocessors or independent providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Your published pages may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
Data retention
We retain your account, page, and uploaded media data while your account is active. If you delete your account or pages, associated ordinary data is removed from active systems where feasible, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.
We may retain abuse reports, moderation records, security logs, and legal correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms, protect users, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Billing records may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on your location, including the EU/UK and certain US states, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@zenty.space.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
Children
Zenty is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are in a region that requires a higher age for consent to online services, you may use Zenty only if you meet that age or have valid parental or guardian consent.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
