Terms of Service

Zenty provides tools to create, customize, and publish personal link-in-bio pages. Features and limits depend on your plan (Free or Pro).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old. If your jurisdiction requires a higher age to use online services without consent, you must meet that age or have valid parental or guardian consent.

You may claim one page slug per account on the Free plan. Pro plans allow additional pages and features as described on our pricing page.

Reserved slugs and names that impersonate Zenty or violate these Terms may not be used.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Zenty a license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the pages, links, images, offers, claims, products, services, privacy notices, and other content you publish through Zenty. You must ensure your content does not infringe others’ rights, mislead visitors, violate privacy laws, or break any applicable law.

Zenty is a hosting and page-building tool. We do not endorse, verify, sell, or take responsibility for user-published websites, external links, products, services, claims, or transactions.

Do not publish illegal, abusive, fraudulent, phishing, spam, malware-related, infringing, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.

We may remove content, hide pages, restrict publishing, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or pose legal, safety, fraud, or security risk.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the service in ways that harm performance, resell access without permission, or use Zenty for spam or phishing.

Automated access to the builder or API beyond normal use is prohibited unless we explicitly allow it.

You may not evade rate limits, moderation decisions, account suspensions, or abuse-prevention controls.

Anyone can report suspected abuse at abuse@zenty.space or through our report form. We may review reports, restrict content, and keep records of moderation decisions.

If your page or account is restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact us with the relevant page URL and explanation. We will review appeals when appropriate and where required by law.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You may cancel your subscription through the account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law.

Copyright owners may send takedown notices to copyright@zenty.space. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing page URL, contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and a physical or electronic signature.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Users may submit counter-notices where permitted by law.

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Zenty at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that should survive termination (including content licenses for already-published pages during wind-down) remain in effect as needed.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Zenty operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
